In an industry built on trust and lasting relationships, Kevin Fox founded Mission Critical Capital as the perfect way to blend a passion for both investing and helping others achieve financial goals.  Kevin Fox was previously with CBRE Valuation and Advisory earning recognition as a top producer within the business line and market leader in the Washington DC area.   Kevin provided a range of services for a variety of deals including ground up development and redevelopment, complex ownership structures, various tax implications, and straight forward investments for all product types within the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia markets.  Kevin’s primary focus was office and industrial product for both local investment and institutional quality assets.  While adept in the financial skill set, what sets Kevin apart is his genuine care for his clients, investing in people first and prioritizing their goals.

Kevin holds the Series 65 (Uniform Investment Adviser Law), SIE (Securities Industry Essentials), is a licensed real estate sales person in Virginia and Maryland, and graduated from James Madison University with a finance degree.
